We don't hide behind jargon, nor do we try to make ourselves
more believable by using fancy terms. Quite simply, we believe
that everyone, ESPECIALLY seniors should be enabled to stay
in their own home for as long as it is possible, safe, affordable
and appropriate. Our role is to make this happen. Our experience
has shown us that social causal factors can be detrimental to
the health of the frail, isolated elderly. For us, at the root,
geriatric care management is just plain old social work, and
that's who we are. We have been doing this for 27 years. As
our founder and guiding light, Ronnee's primary concern is physically
making her 'people' safe. Her next objective is to make them
feel secure, with the realization that a protective, albeit
hidden, safety net has been cast around them. From this point
on, it's maintaining that feeling, and when necessary, we'll
move heaven and earth to keep it that way. In those same 27
years we have yet to encounter a Care Management organization
that is as hands' on and caring as we aspire to be.
